Our refining technology adopts super-wet degumming, carclazyte frequency dosing automatically, negative bleaching total mixed, high-vacuum steam ejection deodorization and fully auto-control system. Besides, we have developed low temperature long-mixed alkali refining technology adn vacuum freeze system, which can decrease the loss of oil and improve the yield.
Refining is the procedure to weaken the the combination of impurities and oil and separate them. It includes physical and chemical treatment, such as hydration, neutralization, bleaching and deodorization.
There are two ways to remove the free fatty acid(FFA) and other impurities in the crude oil: physical and chemical refining.
Chemical refining uses acid and alkali neutralizaion. The lecithin gum and soap stock in the process can be separated through centrifuge.Chemical refining has the advantages of good adaptability, stable quality and less carclazyte dosing. Besides, the demand on crude oil is lower.
Physical refining adopts vacuum steam-distillation. It is suitable for oil with high acid-value. Compared with convetional chemical refining, it has less auxiliary, pollution and investment but higher refining rate.
