Our dewaxing and fractionation technology is newly developed. It is totally controlled by computer, which is very convenient. It can also avoid imperfect dewaxing. Besides, it settles the problem of diatomaceous earth filtration, which improves the yield and capacity.
Fractionation and winterization are similar ways to separate different parts in the oil. They are both based on the different crystallizing temperatures of different composition. Fractionation is adopted to get different compositions in the oil, while winterization is used to remove the wax and solid fat in lower temperature.They are both physical modification procedures which needs no chemical additive and will not result in side-products.
